GOAL 2

Goal #2: Efficiently respond to emergency service calls while maintaining precise and accurate response recording measures. This focuses on ensuring prompt action during emergencies, enhancing the reliability of response data, and continually improving service delivery through accurate performance tracking.

 

Objective 2.1: Track response times to identify areas of response for apparatus and personnel usage.

 

Performance Measure 2.1.A: Respond to all emergency calls for assistance with an average response time by first arriving unit at 6:00 minutes or less 90% of the time annually.

 

Objective 2.2: Maintain accurate and approved report writing to ensure compliance with internal and national reporting criteria.

 

Performance Measure 2.2.A:  Ensure 100% of incident reports for the preceding month are completed and approved by the 15th day of the month.
