No injuries 5 "Special Needs" students, bus driver, bus monitor on bus. Students & driver were seat belted. A truck pulling a trailer full of concrete construction materials (rebar, form boards, sand, etc) traveling west "lost" the trailer, which the eastbound school bus hit head on.
