Car Seat check up offered by
The Cedar Hammock Fire Rescue has a program that is offered to the residents of Manatee County to insure that your child’s car seat is installed properly. According to statistics, four (4) out of five (5) car seats are installed improperly. Be certain you've installed your child's car seat, safety or booster seat correctly by having it checked at a child safety seat inspection station or by a certified child passenger safety technician. Cedar Hammock Fire Rescue has a certified technician on staff. If interested, please contact Inspector Eric Center at (941) 751-8258 and make an appointment Monday thru Thursday 7am-5pm.
