Whitfield Avenue and US 41.
C-Shift responds to MVA involving trauma alert.
Vehicle extrication performed for patient removal.

E-241 arrived on scene first and called a trauma alert after patient assessment. Medcom-12, Battalion 2, and E-211 all responded from Station 1. Three patients in the car with one trauma alert and two others transported by ground to SMH. The driver was taken out after the roof was removed, the driver side rear door was taken off, and the "B" post cut and pushed out of the way. Total units on scene were E-241, Battalion 2, E-211, Bayflight 2, Two EMS supervisors and three medic units with a total of 6 patients transported or evaluated.
Bayflight 2 landed on US 41 just north of CHFR Station 4, MSO handled traffic control.
