Structure fire at 3150 Bayshore on the Lake, Building O, Apartment 306.  Fire contained to bedroom. The cause was accidental due to smoking. 
Twelve fire department personnel were on scene with fire under control in ten minutes. Three persons were evaluated by EMS with no one transported.
