Cedar Hammock Fire Rescue, Southern Manatee Fire Rescue, City of Bradenton Fire Department and Manatee County EMS responded to a single story house fire, 1002 27th Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida April 14, 2010 at 2:09 p.m. A total of seven fire engines, a battalion chief, seven staff personal, and one EMS ambulance responded.  Emergency units arrived shortly after dispatch and found a single story residential structure 75% involved with fire. Fire attack and search and rescue operations were conducted and the fire was brought under control in approximately 60 minutes after arrival. The fire was found undetermined after investigation and damage was estimated at $80,000. No firefighter or civilian injuries were reported.
